League of Brawn was founded in 2017 as a grassroots movement created to address a growing need within the community a space where individuals could come together to support one another, grow, and develop as leaders. Built on the principles of mentorship, accountability, and connection, the organization was established to provide guidance and support for navigating life’s challenges while becoming a positive force in the community.

On April 13, 2019, *League of Brawn* officially became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, marking a pivotal moment in its journey and expanding its ability to serve on a larger scale.

During one of the most uncertain times in our world, the COVID-19 pandemic, League of Brawn answered the call. Through relentless commitment and community partnerships, we provided meals to over *20,000 *individuals, setting the tone for what would become a lasting legacy of service, compassion, and impact.

What began as a focus on mentorship has grown into a powerful movement dedicated to uplifting families, strengthening communities, and creating meaningful change. Our annual toy drive alone has brought joy and relief to over *15,000* families, while also supporting local organizations with critical resources to enhance their own community programs.

Through development initiatives, mentorship, and large-scale outreach efforts, League of Brawn continues to evolve driven by a mission to inspire growth, foster connection, and leave a lasting imprint on every life we touch.

SIGNATURE EVENTS

Autism Awareness Walk

Each year, League of Brawn hosts our Autism Awareness Walk to bring families, supporters, and the community together in a powerful show of unity and understanding. This event goes beyond awareness—it creates a space for connection, education, and acceptance while uplifting individuals and families affected by autism. Through this experience, we help shift perspectives, build support systems, and remind every family they are not alone.

Breast Cancer Awareness Walk

League of Brawn proudly hosts our annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk to honor survivors, celebrate strength, and remember those we’ve lost. This event raises critical awareness around early detection while creating a supportive environment for families and individuals impacted by breast cancer. It’s more than a walk—it’s a moment of reflection, resilience, and community standing together in the fight.

Back-to-School Community Giveback

Each year, League of Brawn hosts a Back-to-School Community Giveback to ensure students return to school prepared, confident, and ready to succeed. By providing essential items like shoes, backpacks, and supplies, we remove barriers that often impact a child’s confidence and performance. This initiative is about more than resources—it’s about dignity, encouragement, and setting the tone for a successful school year.

Annual Gala and Award Ceremony

Our Annual Gala and Award Ceremony celebrates impact, honors excellence, and fuels the mission forward. This event recognizes individuals and partners who are making a difference while showcasing the tangible outcomes of our work—from providing hundreds of shoes and backpacks to delivering joy through holiday giving. It’s a night of purpose, reflection, and inspiration that reinforces our commitment to the community.

Student College Experience Trip

The Student College Experience Trip is one of our most transformative initiatives, exposing young individuals to opportunities beyond their immediate environment. Through campus visits and guided experiences, students gain vision, confidence, and belief in what’s possible for their future. This initiative is about expanding mindsets, inspiring ambition, and helping the next generation see a path to success.

Toyland Holiday Giveaway

Toyland is a signature holiday initiative where League of Brawn provides toys and bicycles to children and families in need, ensuring every child experiences the joy of the season. More than a giveaway, this event restores hope, creates lasting memories, and brings the community together in the spirit of giving. It’s about making sure no family feels forgotten during the holidays.
